Deadline to vote is Friday 9 July
Dear Members
7 members are standing for 5 vacancies on the SMA Board of Directors - make sure your voice is heard in terms of who those 5 will be!
You can:
- simply fill in the ballot paper you will find in the Members Area and email it back by Friday 9 July
- print out the ballot paper, fill it in and post it back to us (post Wednesday latest for Friday arrival)
- come along on Monday 12 July (next Monday) at 12.15 at the Holland Park Theatre and vote in person
- appoint someone to vote in your stead at the meeting, i.e. a proxy. For instance you can appoint someone you know WILL be going, if you can't. Or you can appoint the Chair of the meeting. And you can either instruct them how to vote, or give them permission to vote as they see fit in your name.
for the AGM - meet 11.45 outside Holland Park Cafe by the gates going into the theatre, we will be let in at 12 and the Annual General Meeting starts at 12.15.
after the AGM (w hich will take approx 20 minutes) we are planning to have a tour/chat, but need to clear from the site by 2pm. We would like to invite you for a sandwich to the lovely Holland Park Cafe at that time and so it would be useful to know if you are planning to come - drop us an email!
You are of course ALL invited to the AGM and entitled to vote; ALL invited to refreshments; and ALWAYS entitled to turn up at the AGM even at the last minute - we are only trying to gauge numbers for catering purposes.
