In order to transition from the old rates to the new rates, if you have set up an auto-renewal instruction on your payment card, you will need to stop this and then start a new subscription.
To do this, log in the website as usual. Click “Disable auto renew” on the My Account page. Your subscription will naturally come to an end at the end of the month, quarter or year and you can sign up afresh. If you are having any trouble with this, please contact the SMA office admin@stagemanagementassociation.co.uk and we will assist you.
If you have set up a standing order to pay you by BACS, you will need to cancel the current one and set up a new one at the new rate.
